DINESH MOHAN SINHA - ADVOCATE (M COM. LLM CORPORATE, LLM CONSTITUTION)

Dinesh Mohan Sinha is the mentor and the senior designated partner of the firm. He is a Practicing Advocate having a practicing experience of over 40 years. He is double Masters in Law. He is currently pursuing PhD from MVN University in Palwal.

PRINCE MOHAN SINHA - DESIGNATED PARTNER, (FCS, M COM. LLM)

Prince Mohan Sinha can be termed as the mind behind incorporation of the Firm. He is Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed his Bachelors in Commerce from University of Delhi, and has done masters in commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is a Law Graduate from University of Delhi and a Masters in Law from MVN University Palwal. He is currently pursuing PhD in Law from Sharda University.

He is young, energetic and possesses a go-getter attitude who qualified the Company Secretaryship Examination on first attempt back in 2013. He started his career at SR & Associates, well known Company Secretary firm based in Noida, Delhi NCR as apprenticeship trainee. Since, early 2015, he is practicing in Delhi, having office at Karkardooma.

He specializes in Corporate Compliances in Company Law, Incorporation of Companies, Annual Compliances, Compounding of Offences, Corporate Governance Audit, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Private Equity, Issues, FEMA, etc.

His keen interest in Corporate Compliances inspired him to incorporate the firm and to establish a multi utility platform for Corporates to assist them to all types of Corporate Compliances.

He currently heads the Delhi Head Office of the Firm and is also responsible for operation of the Noida office.
